These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between 3patti and every player who accesses or uses the 3patti platform. By creating an account or placing any bet on 3patti, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Access to 3patti is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
All financial transactions on 3patti are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing.

2.2 Geographical Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. 3patti makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If access to online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 3patti Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases, third-party identities, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Personal Use. You may only use the Platform for your own personal recreational purposes. Use of the Platform for commercial gain, resale, or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
2.5 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and are not suffering from any addiction, condition, or vulnerability that impairs your capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement or to gamble responsibly. If you are currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any other gaming platform, you must not register an account on 3patti.
3.1 To access the full functionality of the 3patti Platform, you must register a Player Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Pakistani mobile number where applicable.
3.2 You must not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or the identity of any other person. 3patti reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage of the registration process or at any point thereafter to verify the accuracy of information provided.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 3patti immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.4 3patti will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from 3patti and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.5 All bets, deposits, and activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility, including any activity that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.1 3patti is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Player Accounts before processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any other time at the Company's discretion.
4.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

5.1 All deposits on the 3patti Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with the exception of USDT TRC20 deposits which are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.4 You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.5 3patti does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 3patti accepts no liability.
5.6 Deposited funds are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used by 3patti for operational purposes. Player funds remain available for withdrawal at all times, subject to these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.
6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed, withdrawal functionality will be suspended until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved.

7.1 3patti may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Player Accounts. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. As a general rule:

7.4 Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account reviewed for permanent closure.
7.5 Bonuses are personal to the account to which they are credited and may not be transferred to another player or account.
8.1 All bets placed on the 3patti Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or sports event. Game rules are available within each game interface and in the Help section of the Platform.
8.2 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on 3patti are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information panels.
8.3 Sports Betting. Cricket betting and other sports markets on 3patti are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each betting market. In the event of a dispute about a sports betting outcome, the decision of 3patti's trading team is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 16.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. 3patti reserves the right to suspend or cancel live betting markets at any time without prior notice, including in the event of a technical failure, data feed interruption, or significant in-event development.
8.5 Bet Cancellation. 3patti reserves the right to cancel any bet where it has been accepted in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where there is evidence of system error. Where a bet is cancelled, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
8.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all product verticals. Current limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and may be updated from time to time.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3patti Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
9.2 3patti employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Accounts flagged by these systems will be placed under review pending manual investigation. During a review period, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended.
10.1 3patti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:
10.2 Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited at 3patti's sole discretion following investigation. Where no breach is found and the closure is at 3patti's initiative without cause, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
10.3 A player may close their own account at any time by contacting 3patti support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any balance.
11.4 Age Verification. 3patti applies age verification at the point of registration and again before processing any withdrawal. Proof of age is required where there is any doubt as to a player's eligibility.
12.1 All content on the 3patti Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 3patti or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

13.1 The 3patti Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patti makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or technical defects.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3patti's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided by players is governed by 3patti's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form as published on the Platform.
14.2 3patti processes personal data in accordance with its obligations under applicable data protection legislation and its international gaming licence requirements. Data is collected and used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where consented) marketing communications.

15.1 3patti reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 3patti will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
15.2 Where an amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, 3patti may implement the change with immediate effect and will notify players as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
15.3 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.3.

16.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patti holds its international gaming licence. Any reference to local Pakistani law is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction.
16.2 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact the 3patti support team directly. The majority of issues can be resolved within 24 to 48 hours through the live chat channel. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
16.3 Formal Complaints. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, players may submit a formal written complaint to 3patti's complaints handling team. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days and a substantive response provided within 14 business days.
16.4 Escalation. Where a player remains dissatisfied following the formal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under 3patti's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from the support team.
16.5 In no event shall any dispute be brought more than 12 months after the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and does not limit any rights that cannot be waived by law.
